New Bus Terminal generation 16 channels in 12 mm terminal block format
Beckhoff has expanded its IP 20 I/O systems by a new generation of Bus Terminals increasing the I/O packing density. The HD Bus Terminals (High Density) feature 16 digital channels in the housing of an electronic 12 mm terminal block. The consistent increase in the efficiency of electronics has reduced the power dissipation in the last few years to the extent that double packing density is possible today. The result is a multiple cost advantage: the space requirement in the control cabinet is reduced and the channel price drops significantly. The 16-channel terminals are available for both Bus Terminals and EtherCAT Terminals. The Highlights: The 'High Density' Beckhoff Bus Terminals – 16-channel terminals in the 12 mm terminal block format: - Doubling of the packing density from 8 to 16 channels
- Reduction in space requirements by 50 percent
- Reduction in channel costs
- Reduction in control cabinet and assembly costs
- Wiring by means of tool-less assembly using direct plug-in technique
- Wide selection of 16-channel terminals for digital inputs/outputs
- Available for Beckhoff Bus Terminals and EtherCAT Terminals

BootMyISO In the following tutorial, we will show youHow to Boot an ISO from a USB Flash Drive. Syslinux is used to install a MBR to your Flash Drive and make the devices partition active (bootable), GRUB is started via a syslinux.cfg file. Grub then becomes the boot loader for it's CD Emulator. We confirmed this process works by Booting the Memtest86+ ISO,Partition Magic ISO, and we even booted the Ubuntu 9.10 ISO from USB (See MultiBoot USB ISO). I would imagine many Linux ISO would boot and run from the USB device. (Source : http://www.pendrivelinux.com/boot-iso-from-usb-flash-drive) |
